Timi is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has been qualified for 20 years working mostly at private clinics (including her own), as well as some time spent in the NHS. She has a specialist interest in treating women with women’s health conditions and spinal problems. She started Pilates in 2015, and has been using it since then. She now helps and assists in teaching Hungarian participants APPI Pilates Matwork courses, together with Georgina Varhelyi. (APPI Hungary)

Timi now manages her own private Physiotherapy and Pilates business and offers individual private sessions or group classes for those that have specific rehab needs or require more individualised care.
