Instructor, specialising in pelvic floor dysfunction, antenatal and postnatal care, and menopause.

She is a Full Member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP)
professional network in the UK and has completed specialist APPI Women's Health Pilates
training, including Pilates for the Pelvic Floor, Menopause, and Antenatal and Postnatal
Pilates.
