Elizabeth Poole MS, PT, Cert. Pilates Instructor

Elizabeth is a Physical Therapist with 19 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. She has training in women’s health to include treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence, post hysterectomy rehab and post natal rehab. Elizabeth works at an outpatient private practice clinic and also has a private Pilates studio serving the community where she lives in Virginia. Elizabeth finished her matwork training with APPI in 2015 and became certified as a matwork instructor. Her clinical and Pilates practice is focused on improving overall health and wellness of her clients.
