Back into Action, Pamington, GL20 8LY

Monday: 5.15pm (beginner/gentle) & 6.15pm (advanced)
Tuesday: 6.00pm & 7.00pm
Wednesday: 5.30pm & 6.30pm

All classes are kept to maximum of 10 persons. Classes are of mixed ability unless otherwise stated. (Further classes available with other instructors in the mornings and on Thursday evening).

1 to 1 (or 2 to 1) sessions are available at Back into Action or at your home by arrangement, please contact for more details.
