Tracy completed her Physiotherapy Masters in Aberdeen in 2010 after attaining a first class honours in Biomedical Science and wished to apply her love of physiology to a clinical role. During her studies she discovered Pilates and immediately felt the benefits. She quickly signed up to her APPI Pilates training upon graduating and has been teaching classes for her Pilates business ever since. She has been using Pilates within private practise for the past 6 years, as well as previously working with Scottish Hockey, Scottish Rugby Union, and various other sports including squash, rowing and triathlon. Tracy currently works as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist within outpatients in a private hospital.

Wishing to take her Pilates enthusiasm further she joined the APPI team at the start of 2016 and is thoroughly enjoying sharing her experiences with others! Her own sporting interests lie within ice skating, running, and gym work.
