About Yen:
 
Yen graduated with first-class honours in BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, as well as distinction in MSc Trauma & Orthopaedics from the University of Salford, Manchester (UK). Aside from being a fully certified APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor, she is also a certified Sports Massage Practitioner by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).

Yen has worked in several hospitals and private clinics in the UK and Singapore. She holds a wealth of experience and credibility in managing a diverse range of clients – both recreational and competitive athletes – for sports injury rehabilitation/prevention, trauma & Orthopaedic conditions (pre/post-operative/conservative management) and sports performance training. Yen has a keen interest in using her expertise in clinical Pilates to restore or enhance core strength and lumbo-pelvic stability in both recreational and competitive elite athletes, as well as ante/post-natal clients.
