Wednesdays - 12.00pm - 1.00pm Beginner, 1.10pm - 1.55pm Intermediate, 5.10pm - 6.00pm Intermediate, 6.00pm - 7.00pm Intermediate, 7.00pm - 8.00pm Advanced.

In 2007, Nigel returned to Jersey with his wife Lisa. Together they set up The Jersey Sports & Spinal Clinic, a Physiotherapy clinic offering Physiotherapy, Modified Pilates and Occupational Health services.

Nigel has a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, in particular Rheumatology and Pain Management. This ultimately led to his interest in Pilates for rehabilitation.

Nigel and Lisa are the clinical directors and also work full time. They have over 20 years of clinical experience between them. Both have certificates in Spinal Manual Therapy, an advanced qualification in the treatment of back and neck problems.

In July 2009, they moved into their brand new centre at the Island Medical Centre, 14 Gloucester Street, just opposite the Opera House. The clinic houses a Pilates studio, treatment rooms and a rehab gym.
