I’ve trained extensively with APPI, completing Matwork Levels 1–3, 3D Standing Pilates, Performance Pilates for Runners and Cyclists, Healthy HIT Pilates, Reformer on the Mat, Pilates for men’s pelvic health, Neuro Pilates, Stretch Therapy for Pilates, Pilates Wheel and specialised courses in Pilates for scoliosis and shoulder rehabilitation.
