I have been a state registered Chartered Physiotherapist since 2004, and specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for 13 years.
In more recent years I have taken a keen interested in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, and have further trained to become a specialist in this area within the NHS trust I work. Along with a colleague I have helped to set up a community continence service treating both males and females presenting with continence issues as well as pelvic organ prolapse and post-natal rehabilitation.
Pilates plays a very importance role in my NHS work and in 2016 I set up my own Private Physio-Led Pilates practice, this has expanded over the years and I now run 7 classes a week including a Healthy HIIT class and Post-Natal (bring your baby along) class as well as Matwork Pilates. I also offer 1:1 pilates classes.
Aside from Physio and Pilates, I enjoy running, cycling and swimming, and take part in long distance running events (Ultras and Marathons), triathlon during the summer.
I have two young children who also keep me on my toes!!
