We provide fun and relaxed Pilates classes enabling every client to work at their own level, towards goals that are important to them. Classes work on posture, balance, flexibility and strength, helping you feel fitter and stronger, whilst having fun along the way!

We believe that Pilates should be available to everyone whatever your ability. We strive to make a difference in people’s lives, helping people to manage their conditions and feel more in control.

Our Clinic is open Monday - Friday running over 30 classes per week, using the Reformer and the Mat. All our classes are taught by Physiotherapists who have trained to teach Pilates with the APPI.
