Ozlem is a physiotherapist qualified by the University of Dokuz Eylul, Izmir Turkey since 2002. She has also completed a Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation in 2005 at this same university. Following her masters, Ozlem published many articles, to include “Shoulder pain, Functional Capacity and Quality of Life in Professional Wheelchair Basketball Players and non-athlete Wheelchair users. She also gained great experience in Women’s Health (Elizabeth Noble Physical Therapy in Obstetrics & Gynaecology courses), and she contributes a lot to this community by publishing regular articles in the Health Magazine and the Women’s Health TV. Ozlem is fully certified in Pilates for Rehabilitation with the APPI Health Group (Matwork and Equipment) since 2010 and has also attended the MET RX courses. She has been the APPI International Representative in Turkey since 2010, enabling us to spread the APPI method across Turkey with excellence all these years! Her passion for our modified pilates method has led her to join our team of presenters, and we are delighted to have Ozlem continue our work in Turkey, ensuring that our method is taught with the same excellence standards we teach in the UK.
