Using biomechanics and functional/kinetic chains' knowledge to improve the client's performance and wellness, is Sílvia's passion. Moreover, through Pilates she enhances her clients' body awareness, modulating the entire body biomechanics. Her experience in the neurological field has allowed her to improve her handling/manual skills, leading to a specific muscle recruitment know-how, as well as, a postural control understanding.
