Susana Lopes is a physiotherapist and master in Manual Therapy.

Using biomechanics and functional/kinetic chains' knowledge to improve the client's performance and wellness, is Sílvia's passion. Master of Science in Sport and possessing various postgraduate courses in Fitness (Sports Management, Training of Trainers, Exercise Prescription), has his first contact with the Pilates method in 1998 with Prof. Marina Taborda. After that performs some workshops in International Conventions (Spain: Barcelona, Madrid, Brazil: Rio de Janeiro; S. Paulo; Santos).
Aware of the need for more and better training takes a second level of the Pilates Institute (Michael King - Holmes Place Portugal). For personal reasons fails to teach Pilates, returning to that passion asleep for two years. He teaches Mat and small equipment (group classes and 1:1).
