18 years Pilates teaching experience.

Suzi has taught Pilates for 18 years in Banbury and the surrounding area. Her classes are friendly and fun. All ages and abilities are welcome with everyone working at their own capacity. There is a focus on core strength, muscle flexibility, and relaxation.

She really enjoys when her Pilates clients say they don't need to see an Osteopath/Chiropractor anymore!

Suzi has also been a dance teacher for 18 years and is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance (BA Hons) Art and Teaching of Ballet. Her dance background has given her an eye for detail and a working knowledge of how students can reach their potential.
